Play / stop option for controlling chasers

Hi everyone,

I needed to freeze 2 chasers simultaneously and restart them from the place where they were frozen. The speed dial “infinite” check box did this perfectly, with the speed dial set to control the hold parameter of both chasers. Both chasers were constructed entirely of scenes.

However, the 2 chasers cannot have different timings when running in this arrangement as the speed dial overwrites them as soon as it is used. One also has to reset the speed dial timing each time QLC+ is restarted.

What I would like is a “play / stop” widget which would make the hold time of next step of any number of assigned chasers infinite, just like the checkbox on the speed dial but without any of the other speed dial functions. The “play / stop” graphic on the cue list would be ideal and could be inside the button (or slider) controlling the chasers, if they was drawn at a suitable size.

If the “play / stop” widget could also be assigned a key or an external input (as with the cue list) it would, to say the least, make life much easier. (To be completely clear – I wouldn't want this “play / stop” widget have the same effect as the “play / stop” widget on the cue list, since that stops the chaser after completing a fade out of the current step.)
