Some problems

I love this software and it works really well, unfortunately I've encountered a couple of problems.
1: Random flickering - Every now and again the whole system flickers, in both operation and editing modes. It seems to happen when mousing over buttons or sliders, and all the lights reset to 0 then back very quickly.
2: Slow tap time - When tapping a series of single channel lights to tempo on a chase, I tap at the right speed and the lights stay at that speed until I stop tapping, then it goes to half of the speed I was tapping, but the value in the speed dial doesn't change. I've tried this with the speed dial effecting the chase with just duration and the fades set to 0, and with effecting all but I get the same effect.
3: Moving Heads alignment - We have two roof mounted moving heads and I want to be able to follow a person walking around on stage using the XY pad. I've found though to get them both pointing at centre stage I have to invert the pan on one head, this then means when I move the control, one head goes one way and the other goes in the opposite. Is there any way I can put an offset on one head rather than inverting it?
4: Button images - Is there a way to put images as backgrounds for buttons? I want to have the gobo image as the background image for the buttons.
