Hi. I made, and published, some fixture definitions. I think, that they will look much more professional and easier to use if I can include some standard images, specially for effects. Like: On,Off,Strobe,Snake,Rotate clock wise, contra clock wise,...
I know that they can be included and adapted for personal use, but it will be nice to have them for publication too (legal stuff).
Request: Some missing images for effects "gobos"
Hey, can you please send me an email with a ZIP containing those pictures ?
Also, can you state where you took them and guarantee they're 100% free to use ?
Thanks

Hi, Shore I can send you a .zip. The point is that I cant guarantee you that they are 100% free. That's why I posted an request. I try to search the web and other free software like freestyler. Do you have any suggestion where can I find them?
Basically what I've done so far was sending a request of redistribution of gobos to the major lighting manufacturers. Some of them responded and some other didn't.
In general you should ask the permission to whoever created the picture or find an explicit note of free distribution.
I won't include pictures with copyright or coming from commercial softwares.
I have no idea what kind of licensing Freestyler has, but, if I can choose, I would stay away from it. (afaik most of the fixtures come from users so you would get lost on where the pictures actually came from)
You should probably contact Pro Lights or Stairville and ask them directly. If by any chance you want to CC me in your emails I would appreciate it.
Thanks
