Fixture definition stolen from the Avolite database.
Also, the channels don't match with the manual:

Reviewed:

- color channels had wrong intervals (values from 1 to 99 were unused)
- amber channel was set to yellow
- color wheel had wrong values
- other minor fixes to names and values
