Q Light Controller+

I'm having an issue with this file. I created it by copying the TPar file, and stripping/adding, but I missed something that I can't figure out. When I go to add a fixture, there are no Modes listed. The drop-down is blank.

I've pulled it up in the editor and re-saved it, with no luck.

Any ideas?
