This definition included by QLC+ since version 4.8.0 has the following errors or malfunctions:
-Since the lowest range of the strobe/shutter channel (ch. 13 in 14 ch. mode) is named “off”, the Monitor (2D view) never represents any color when the shutter is within the range 0-9, unlike the real fixture. This range should be renamed as, for instance, “open”.
-Channel 11 is not shown at simple desk when the view mode is switched to fixture channels (however it appears when view mode is set to show all channels).
-No color is used to illustrate the color selected in channel 11 (in the 14 ch. mode), i.e. whites with full intensity and adjustable color temperatures, so the QLC+ Monitor (2D view) can’t represent these colors.
-According to the manual, channel 12 (in the 14-channel mode) contains 28 preprogrammed colors, but the manual doesn’t specify what colors are. In consequence, no further details (neither colors nor channel ranges) are included in the definition and the Monitor (2D view) can’t represent the preprogramed colors.
-We recently purchased some of these heads. Due to the lack of information, we experimented with these fixtures and, surprisingly, we found that they don’t include 28 preset colors in ch. 12, but 32!! (Please, someone else can confirm?).
