Issue with libfftw3

in the current git-version the compilation of all tests failed. the files refer to libfftw3 but this lib is not included in the Makefiles
Moved to development.
OS ? GCC version ? Qt version ?
make distclean / qmake / make ?
is fftw3 installed ?
