is it possible, to get a more precisely Fade/Hold time? Like 0h 0m 0s .46875?

Hi, no.
The DMX protocol runs at 44Hz: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DMX512
The granularity required is 22.72ms. QLC+ goes at 50Hz (20ms) and compensate.

.46875 doesn't make any sense as you wouldn't even appreciate that timing on a DMX fixture
