[V4] Shows - bigger timeline zoom, video preview on click

Hi, I am new here!
I shoot dance videos and I decided to give DMX lighting a try and I am loving it - I am using QLC+4 to control a few simple LED lights.
When I am preparing my Show sequences, I need to sync my lighting changes to an already existing recording of the dance I am about to shoot, so that the lighting changes match not only the music, but the moves of the dancers as well.
Overall it works, but I need to use Premier Pro in order to calculate the exact timing of the different lights.
Since I have literally hundreds of light changes and flashes and they are often extremely short (50-500ms), I need very precise control over the video file I import on the Shows timeline.
Here's what I'm struggling with and I'd like to request be improved:
1. More zoom levels on the Shows timeline - sometimes I have so many 50-100 ms steps in my sequences one after another, that the highest zoom (slider furthest to the left) is just not enough to see them well. Double and even quadruple the zoom would be extremely helpful to me!
2. Video preview when you click on the timeline - when the preview of the video file is opened, when you move the timeline head, the video preview does not update to the current one. You have to click the play button to update the video, but of course at that point the timeline head starts moving, and I need to be able to see a precise time/frame of the video to sync the lighting to.
3. A button in the chaser panel on the right that sets the Hold duration of the currently selected step of the chaser based on the current location of the timeline head (Hod duration = Timeline head location - Step start time on the timeline) - that would be incredibly helpful for syncing light changes to a video fast and easy!
4. A button that moves the timeline head to the currently selected step of the chaser.
5. Remember the video preview window position and size - the position and size are rest after the video head is moved manually or the Stop button is pressed. It would be nice if they were not.
Thank you for reading my request!
