The third time, I was working on the same work space on a different computer. I copied the workspace from my laptop at the theater, to work on some changes at home. I was not in run mode. I was copying a set of fixture levels from a Scene to a step in a Show.

It just crashed again, on my tower. Same exception code 0xc00000005, access violation. On my tower, I realized it created Windows Error Reports.
I ran QLC+ as Administrator.

Sorry but those reports are useless.
Please try the latest build from GitHub which is still based on Qt5 but include fixes for random crashes

Thanks Massimo, I'll try it, but if the video problem I ran into is still present, I won't be able to use it. I have over 20 videos in this project.mcallegari wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2025 7:49 am Sorry but those reports are useless.

I downloaded QLC+-compile-qt5-4.14.1-20250218-4b5b426 and was able to complete all my edits without another crash. I also stepped all the way through all my Chases, and so far, so good.
One thing I noticed is that this version seems to load my project faster than 4.13.1
Fingers crossed for tonight's opening performance.

Two crashes during the show this evening using QLC+-compile-qt5-4.14.1-20250218-4b5b426, using a Dell M6700, 16gb RAM, Windows 10 x64, Enttec DMX Pro
Both crashes appeared to occur on mouse clicks. There was a third time where there was a mouse click and the QLC+ screen went momentarily black, but it didn't crash. All seem to occur, in my case, clicking into a Show cue within a Chase. The event viewer shows the same 0xc0000005 Access Violation.
There were also two AppCrashes that didn't cause QLC+ to actually crash.
