Hello, first and foremost, I want to thank you for the time you are going to spend helping me.
I am looking for a fixture profile for the BT-THEATRE 261 FC FRESNEL FULL COLOR LED ZOOM 15º- 50º
Since the pdf manual is very heavy, I copied the link. The manual can be downloaded from:
https://briteq-lighting.com/bt-theatre-261fc
Thanks!!

Hi,
there you go. Quite a behemoth of LEE filters selectable on this one. Took all the color values off the LEE website, so all the LEE filter colors should be the real deal.
Passed fixture validation.
Merry christmas!

Do you own these fixtures? I have some questions about how they perform.

Great - I have a job where we use 4x 575w profiles for front stage light and focus is always set to wash so I have been considering replacing them with fresnels. Sometimes the distance to stage is up to 10m, do you think these fresnels can provide a stage wash at distances of 10m-15m. Many thanks.

My theater has upgraded the lighting system this year and we got 8 pieces of warm white LED Fresnels (Cameo F2 T) and 6 pieces of ETC ColorSource V Fresnel with 5 LED color emitters and motorized zoom.
To answer your question, here we often use our Fresnels (or PCs) as front, top and back wash lights, and there's nothing to say against that, although some lighting designers prefer Profiles just because you can control their light much easier using the sharpness lens and adjustable blade angles instead of barndoors fixed at 90°. Also, with the Cameo F2, my experience is that their lenses are very soft, so while they work well for me at bigger zoom angles e.g. top down or high sides, if I turn them to very narrow it's hard to control the edge of the lights with their barndoors, they have a kind of narrow hot spot but spill all over the place, which you probably don't want for front lights, especially at such high distances. The ETCs are much better in that regard.
For lights in this price category, I'd consider it a Must to require a demonstration by the seller, at your venue, before buying.
My 2 cents...

Thanks for your input and agreed on the demo - it's difficult to see a product in action these days as so few retailers have a showroom or anything. Also it's a semi-touring production so that's where the front 45s (or as near as I can get) sometimes feels like a big ask on the distance. As you say I think profiles are still the favourite here and it's probably going to be another year with incandescents.
