If you use the Fixture Definition On Line Validator (https://www.qlcplus.org/fixture_validator.php) you will find:

Furthermore you need to change the Type of your "Lamp Open" channel (to Maintenance ?).
As it is Intensity now, it will override your Dimmer Channel.


It is very strange that you use the Channel Number as Default Value for a Channel?
This does not make sense.
