I an event producer and I am constantly changing my lights positions. I have sequences built around specific lighting positions in the RGB Matrix. I then create sequences so the Show function can read them. That way its on autopilot the whole night.
My question is:
Is it possible for the sequences that I have made and have in a show, to dynamically update based on changes that I make the fixture group it is based on?

Since you are already using fixture groups, you have a flexible setup. Changing the contents of a group (regrouping your fixtures due to venue limitations, for example) will not change the outcome of what you have programmed. I cannot even think of an intelligent way to dynamically change your sequences/chasers with a nice-looking lighting outcome. If you add randomness to it, you quickly will end up with a Chinese-built light plan: too flashy, too much color, too harsh, too ... If you think about changing the even-odd sequences based on the positions of fixtures inside the group, you'd need a 'composer' or an Efx engine. The RGB matrix uses the position of the fixtures inside the group to calculate the efx. You might be interested in investigating this path...
Outside of QLC+'s scope: With GrandMa v2, they tackled this problem by introducing a selection grid and a recipe strategy. By changing the way the fixtures are selected in the grid, you can recook the recipe.
