DMX Dump button on VC

I know there is a DMX Dump function that can be utilized when on the app itself, but is there a way to enact the DMX Dump function onto a scene directly from the virtual console when using it on let’s say a kiosk table is using the web portal version of the Virtual Console?
If this feature simply does not exist to be used when utilizing the VC, is there another way of capturing the DMX values of a universe through the VC, or is that function is really only accessible through the app itself?
The case application here would be, let’s say you have a user that you don’t want messing around with the app itself, and the only interface that user has is the VC, how can we let that user save a preset or whole DMX universe onto an assigned scene?
