Hi everyone,
I’m encountering an issue with the virtual control in our setup. When I create a button and assign a function to it (like triggering a scene, sequence, or controlling the RGB matrix), nothing happens when I click the button.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Created a new button in the virtual control interface.
Assigned it to a specific function (e.g., triggering a scene or controlling the RGB matrix).
Saved and tested, but there’s no response when I click the button.
I’ve double-checked the configuration and even restarted the system, but the problem persists. Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your support!
Best regards,
Lucas
