Problem with Euroline USBIMX512 connection

Hello
the connection of the Euroline USBIMX512 device gives me problems.
the device is not recognized as Euroline but as: DMX USB 1:FT232R USBUART (S/N: AUOK22DP).at first the lights begin to flash uncontrollably but I manage to change the colors of an RGB LED headlight.
The lights keep flashing (without precise rhythm there is no stobe light effect).
I installed the Euroline drivers and rebooted but the problem persists. Can anyone help me?
I tested DMX refresh rate to 44Hz, doesn't work...
thanks

I use one of these FTDI cables as well, it's set to a refreh rate of 30Hz. If I change this rate, I get flickeriung.
So I suggest to test at 30Hz

hi it's strange that everything works well with a low quality and cheap rgb light and instead there are problems with the Expolite tourled 42...
I’ll try with dmx terminal.
Is there a guide to understand the world of DMX: addresses, specifications?
Thanks

HI
the problems with EUROLITE USB-DMX512 continue. I purchased and used a terminator at the end of the light connections. The flickering seems resolved but the lights behave strangely. A scene that used to work now doesn't work... the lights don't always respond to commands or they start to flash on their own for a short time.
I would like to understand if the problem is EUROLITE USB-DMX512?
I use 4 Expolite TourLED lights and the signal doesn't work well with 4 lights, sometimes it works well to connect only 2 lights but then it doesn't. Is everything very unstable. What can I do, do I get another USB or artnet controller?
thank you

What happens if you connect your Eurolite directly to one fixture and use the terminator on the output of that fixture?
Try this on your 4 fixtures seperately.
If it works fine for some, but not all of the fixtures, the problem might be in the controller of the fixture (you could try putting the faulty one at the end of the chain).
If it works fine for all fixtures, the problem could also be in your cables .
Do you use specific DMX cables (120 ohm impedance) or Microphone cables (75 ohm)?
Another thing to try is connecting your Eurolite to a USB hub that has its own power supply (might be that the 5V power from your computer is not stable).

thank you for your valuable response.
I tried the individual lights and found one light that doesn't work, taken off the workbench!
I have now connected 3 headlights in series A-B-C) and they work well. There is a problem in the last headlight (C): if all the headlights are on it works well, if light A or B are off or have less intensity, headlight C flashes... mystery
These lights are old, maybe the problem can be solved by changing the DMX signal cables?
I only tried light A and B... Light B turns off for a moment during color changes, there is always a momentary off and the color change, both in the direct change between colors and in the fades

Hi everyone
thanks for the advice, the problem is solved. Some lights don't work well, I removed them from the chain and everything works fine.
Thank you

By the way it's "Eurolite", not "Euroline"

sorry!
I created a post to find out if QLC+ can manage video mapping with modification of the projection window shape, or can connect to software that manages this function. Maybe there is some section of the forum that talks about it but I can't find it.
Thank you
