Hello,
I have some problem with QLC+... I just want to run it in the background and have a Chrome autostart with the web interface.

Raspi5, official 7" Raspi SPI touch display, fresh install of Bookworm through raspberry imager, then install of qlcplus_4.13.0_arm64.deb

At first, everything is ok, QLC+ is windowed, it's what I want, and it is why I install a fresh Bookworm then the .deb, instead of directly using the .img
But then, not after the first reboot it's my second try, I backed up all the .config and checked it after 1st reboot, but at some point, I loose LXDE... QLC+ start in full screen, and I cannot use the "power" icon (next to the QLC logo) to get back in CLI, it does nothing.
So now my Raspi is bricked again, I don't want to deal with SSH, don't have another linux machine near to edit files on the SD.

No mention of full screen start for a manual installation in the manual, in contrary it says I should set it up manually.
I tried it some time ago with a Raspi4 and an older version, it was working perfectly.

I would be really grateful for some help, I'm tired of keep installing Raspian again and again.

Check /usr/sbin/qlcplus-start.sh
You might need to tweak it to work in a windowed system

Hey Massimo,
Thanks for your fast answer and solution.
Sorry, it was indeed not so hard nor undocumented :ugeek:... I was tired of trying again and again, and the change after a random amount of reboot set me off. At another try, where I didn't updated Bookworm, the change was directly after the first reboot.
Also strange that the close button to get back to CLI didn't work.

But mow all set, and I finally have my dream DMX tester with some chasing light, 512 faders, and a keypad!
Thanks a lot for the great software
