Hello,
try to:
- make size bigger - bigger size - more steps - smoother color change; start with size of 20
- click on the clock button to set times - start with fade in hold 100 ms, fade in and fade out 0 ms
If that doesn't help, please tell us as much as possible:
- QLC+ version,
- operating system
- how do you output DMX
- what exact model are those lights
- attach your QXW file and any custom QXF here.
Thanks!
Jano

In the RGB Matrix editor (in the window on the right) on top you find an icon with a clock: if you click on that you can set the (fade in, fade out and) hold time of your RGB Matrix.

If you want to dynamically change the speed during your show, you could add a speed dial to your Virtual Console.
