I'm using qlcplus 4.x for controlling light, sounds and videos.
The size of some video files got 640x480 pixel but 1920x1080 would be proper.
This happens too, if i am using the same video file in three different functions (german: Funktionen).
First and second time video size is proper, third time it is 640x480 pixel.
Some times videos with 640x480 will displayed with the size 1920x1080, sometimes not. There doesn't seem to be any rule.
I'm using Linux Debian Buster and qlcplus 4.12.7
Does someone know
- how to controll the default video size?
- which video software is used by qlcplus?

What is the actual format of the video file? is it 1920x1080?
Are you playing the video through a secondary monitor (Screen 2)
Is your secondary monitor set to 1920x1080?
Is QLC+ set to Full Screen or Windowed?
Can you share your project?

Yes, because auf the file sizes without vidoes and audios but one video, to inspect the buggy behaviour. Woukld this be ok?

Cause
Apparently there is a connection with computer performance.
- With CPU Intel i5-6200U 2.30 GHz and 8 GiB RAM (1) I have the problem that videos are not resolved correctly.
- With CPU Intel i7-1165G7 2.80 GHz and 32 GiB RAM (2) I don't have the problem.
In case 1, the qlcplus process requires more than 100% for some videos, in case 2 never more than 80%. I was told that other DMX programs also have the problem that videos are not displayed in the correct size and that this is caused by too weak computer power. Unfortunately, I can't verify this information.
