A scroll block is required when using Web remote.
It's uncomfortable because the screen sometimes scrolls when I operate the fader on the tablet pc. I hope there's a carefree option

Have you tried shrinking your workspace area?

Click the virtual console properties for access to the width/height.

If this helps, I start with investigating the thru-pixel ratio of the web interface client on all my custom-built VCs. And only then do I begin composing the VC environment for that device. All my custom built project were based on touch enabled devices and this scrolling behavior was the first noticeable culprit.
