I am looking for a fixture profile for the Cameo TS 60 W RGBW.

This fixture definition is already available in QLC (since 4.12.0).
Go look for Cameo TS 60 RGBW.
A QLC Workspace is like a Bob Ross painting: "it's your world, you can create whatever you want!"
