Is there a way to control the light using the sound that the computer just playing?

That is a little tricky... it all depends on the driver of your built-in audio card.
Some audio cards have a (hidden) setting called Stereo Mix. Enabling and using this, audio is played back from the output to the input bus. QLC+ can now use this stereo mix as input for its audio widget.
If the audio card drivers do not have this capability, you could try to connect the audio output with an 'aux'-cable to the computer's input, but nowadays, they only provide one audio port.
