Hi all,
last Saturday I had a show and it was the first time I used the new equipment:
PC running Windows 7 (64bit) Professional.
QLC+ 4.12.7
Eurolite USB-DMX512Pro Interface Mk2
Korg NanoControl2
Flash-F7000300-LED-PAR-64-7x10W-RGBW-4in1 (8 fixtures in total)

I completed the setup of all lights, storing scenes and setting the Virtual Console according to my needs.
Waiting for the beginning of the show I noticed that all Lights go off, stay off for a couple of seconds and then back on again.
The behaviour was the same for all created scenes and very random. Sometimes more frequent some other less.
So, I decided to go back to the physical Lightning Console (I have a Eurolight Scene Setter 24/48).
But for the future I prefer to give up with the physical console and to continue using the above mentioned equipment.

Any idea how to solve the problem?
Pease let me know.
Many thanks.

Step one would be to share your show file

Might be a Windows Power Saving issue: https://www.isunshare.com/computer/5-st ... ndows.html
A QLC Workspace is like a Bob Ross painting: "it's your world, you can create whatever you want!"

Thanks a lot. I will check first if the Power Saving setting will solve the problem. If not, I will get back to you sharing the show file.
Many thanks for now.

Hi all,
at the regards of the above mentioned problem, I think I found the reason.
I was using Wireless DMX (Tx-Rx) and it seems that the Transmitter is not "fully compatible" with the Eurolite USB-DMX512Pro Interface Mk2.
I replaced the Wireless system with cable and the problem is over.
I don't know if this is really the cause of the problem, but at least I found a solution after many try.
If someone has any further idea, or similar experiences to share, it will be very welcome.
Many thank in advance.
Best regards
Paolo
