Moving groups of widgets in Virtual Console

Is there a way to select a group of widgets in the Virtual Console and move them together? This feature sure would be handy.
Unfortunately, you have to move them one by one (or when they are inside a frame, you can move the frame. The content of the frame will move along).
If you are a little handy using a text editor, you can open the show file and now you have pixel control of all the elements. Create a backup before editing because if you break the structure of the file, your showfile is broken.
