Q Light Controller+

Hi just started using QLC+ and wanted to integrate some of my software into it using the API. I think i may just not be looking in the right place but i can't seam to find any place where i can get any explanation on how QLC+'s websockets work. I have looked at this https://docs.qlcplus.org/v4/advanced/web-interface and this https://www.qlcplus.org/Test_Web_API.html but i still am stuck integrating this. I may be new to websockets but i can not even connect to this via postman or python websockets. If anyone could help that would be amazing thanks.

Hi, first off, have you started QLC+ with the -w option?

Yes i do have the -w option and I can connect to it via the test website but that is the only way i can connect. No other software is able to connect.

There are several other softwares that can connect to QLC+ (standard!) websockets
