reading I saw that the starrypad donner is compatible with qlc but I can't connect it. can someone help me?

Yeah, let's start with the basics, maybe by stating what OS you use, what exact version of QLC+, and what you already tried to connect it?

Do you get MIDI input/the wiggly joystick icon on I/O tab when the MIDI port representing the Starrypad is connected to a universe input?
