Q Light Controller+

I've got a scene that set all the values of the lights (RGBW/Brightness faders) to Zero. Allows me to fade group so lights to black/off. However, the lights are still dimly lit. The SimpleDesk console shows the associate faders haven't gone down all the way to zero.
What am I doing wrong?

Have you moved manually the associated sliders in Simple Desk?. The Simple Desk sliders takes precedence over other QLC+ controls. Reset the Simple desk controls to zero clicking on X buttons in Simple Desk.

Use the DMX monitor to validate thru output.
It could be that you selected a channel modifier not letting the fixtures go down to zero (like in the old days, preglowing the filament).
