hello, I am looking to control the return of lights on the buttons of the novation launch control xl via QLC+, if it is possible to also change the lights of the potentiometers I would like the explanation.

Basically the logic is the same as for the AKAI APC Mini, read this Thread: viewtopic.php?t=16397
The only difference is in the values to use for Feedback. In the manual you will find:
Decimal Colour Brightness
11 Red Full Flash
12 Off Off
13 Red Low
15 Red Full
29 Amber Low
58 Yellow Full Flash
59 Amber Full Flash
63 Amber Full
62 Yellow Full
28 Green Low
56 Green Full Flash
60 Green Full
Don't forget that (in QLC) you have to multiply those (decimal) values by 2.
The only difference is in the values to use for Feedback. In the manual you will find:
