Q Light Controller+

Hi, I'm new here and an absolute beginner with QLC+ but have managed using youtube tutorials to connect my PC to a couple of UKing 7 LED RGBW lights via USB dmx and can operate them OK via 'simple desk'. However, when I go to 'functions' and try to create a scene following the tutorial, my lights don't respond (they do in the tutorial!). I know about toggle blind mode and that makes no difference.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, Peter

Can you share your project file and details of your setup, OS you are using?.
