Heyho created a File for the Stairville-BEL4

i am currently also Working on a Defintion for the Astera AX1.
But this Device has 143 Channel Modes. The Rules says: "Fixtures with missing modes should be completed before sharing"
I would not add all 143 Channel Modes if this is okay? will add the few, that are mostly common.

For the Astera's, I made my own defintions and only included the modes I use.
As a result I didn't share them.

As for Astera, whenever you have some time, please add the missing modes to have a compete fixture definition
