Hi.
I have made a bunch of 'Collections' which are assigned to buttons on my VC. They are colour selectors for groups of RGB fixtures. I cannot seem to get them to fade using the speed dial widget. I've tried adding the collections and also tried adding the underlying scenes that make up those collections.
At the moment the speed dial is in the same Frame as the colour selector (collections) buttons.

The speed dial has the Fader factor set to 1 for all functions and fade is enable in the fixture properties for the RGB channels.

* I have made a scenes that are selections of colours for each individual fixture (RGB pars) so for each par 14 colours=14 scenes. The scenes are then grouped into collections. The idea behind that is to tweak any colour (e.g. I think my pink is ugly once I see it on stage) I only have to tweak the 10 scenes of pink for each button. If I have to create a scene for each group, of fixture/colour combos then the number of 'pink' updates groups immeasurably.

Any thoughts?

Don't control the collection, but the scenes you have in the collection. Remove collections from Speed Dial and add scenes. Set Factors Duration/Fade in/out and you're done. See: https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... ditor.html
