Q Light Controller+

i set up a button in Virtual Console to play a short sound effect. Sometimes it plays correctly, sometimes, it doesn't play at all, and sometimes it plays part of the sound effect but not from the begging. Any ideas how to fix?

Can you post details of your setup, OS, QLC+ version?.
