Extremely slow/dysfunctional on Ryzen 5700U with Windows 11 Pro

Hello,
I'm using QLC+ 5 Beta2 on my Ryzen 5700U on Windows 11 Pro.
The performance is really poor and make QLC dysfunctional at times (I tried running QLC with user privileges and admin privileges).
The issue seems almost "random". It looks like QLC works well for a minute or 5 minutes, and then it's just "freezing" randomly.
My computer is pretty "fast" (I'm showing in the recording that I'm opening some websites/Youtube). I've recorded a video to show the performance issues I'm having.
I recorded the video on 3 FPS (so the recording itself won't require a lot of resources while I'm playing with QLC).
In some cases, I had to wait 8 seconds or 10 seconds after clicking a button in QLC, but in some cases I had to wait 20-30 seconds till QLC responded.
For this experiment, I used 2x Dotz Matrix fixtures (52 channels each).
On the "Task Manager", it doesn't seem like QLC is overloading the CPU/GPU to 100%.
I'll try to upload the video below.
P.S. I'm pretty new to QLC and lighting, but I have 15 years of experience in IT, so I know IT pretty well (most of the days anyhow )
Any advise?
Thank you!
Sophia
