I assume you need a fixture definition for this creature?
You will have to try-and-error.
By the looks of it, it has a zoom (with very bad aligned sources ... the lenses don't align)
Put it in what-ever-mode you can find and go channel-by-channel.
Good luck & don't be tricked by the mixed DMX channels you will fall into.
