Q Light Controller+

Dear all,
I use qlc+ 4 to control several theater lights.
I have a dmxking 4din interface that I use both for input and output artnet-dmx.
I found on internet the interface H802RA, I read several manual but I can't figure out if it can do what I want.
Here after some question I haven't found answer:
1) can I directly connect H802RA to DMX line? Using Gnd, d+ and d- ports are suitable for DMX signal distribution?
2) ports can be used both as output and input?
3) can I assign freely art-net universes on ports?
