I've entered few missing info: zoom degree, color temperature and lumens.
I changed the beam deflection to prism, to me it makes more sense (same as Hero Wash 640FX).

Thanks but keep in mind that a head with all channels is useless.
Heads should be used only when multiple emitters are present.
On a single emitter, QLC+ will autodetect the available channels.
