Control "motorized" faders during a sequence ?

Hello,
New user of this wonderfull software, I use QLC+ 4 on a festive music show, with 6 musicians on stage. I use an "Enttec DMX USB Pro Interface" box on my MacbookAir computer.
I created in my virtual console:
- a sequencer which drive a chaser containing various scenes, timed or not. This sequencer is launched at the start of the show, and runs until the end.
- Buttons, which I launch manually with a Korg Nanopad2, which launches specific functions (chases, flashes...)
- Faders that control scenes, which I activate manually as needed.
I have 2 questions about usage :
1. While my sequencer is running, a scene is active, is it possible to make my individual faders "motorized" to follow the active level visually, and thus be able to adjust their level (raise and lower). I can already raise the level (without displaying the current level) but I cannot lower a spotlight in the active scene.
2. Is it possible to control my faders via a classic DMX console. I did not succeed during my tests with the Enttec box.
Thank you for your help !
