Hello everybody,
I'm working for a theatre piece that will tour, and because of that I'll have to adjust the fixtures to every venue rider, every time. I'm trying to do so but when I change the fixture type and go to live mode, QLC+ crushes down. I've realised (or I have the impression) that it's because the EFXs are not automatically updated.
I'm using moving heads and LED PAR, and most of the time when you change de model and type, channels and functions will change too.
As I've changed the fixtures, I've lost the efx and scenes with those groups of lams.
How can I do?
Thanks!
sk

Leticia,
It is quit understandable that if you change the type of fixtures; your programming has to evolve also.
So, as per Massimo suggested, the right way to change fixtures inside your QLC+ project, you need to remap (repatch) them.
Make a backup before using this function and create also a master-show-file for your records you call fall back onto in the near future.
