Q Light Controller+

Hello,

I have tried to get the MIDI controller to work. The QLC see the MIDI fine. I can even program it to a bottom and it works for about 4 mins. Then it stops working. Like it disconnects but when you go to the input/out puts it’s still there. I have to disconnect the the controller and reconnect it to get it to work again. But it still will quite working after about 3 to 4 minutes. Any thoughts or ideas would be really appreciated.

- QLC+ version
- OS version
- MIDI controller model

and please attach your QXW file here.

A hinge: disable USB port power management, since you are experiencing the hiccup every time after 4 minutes.
