Q Light Controller+

Hello.
I have some issues on a project im working with.
I get stutter/lag on my RGB-panel.
I have an usb-c Ethernet dongel 1Gb, with manual set ip and a direct connection to the H802RA with cat6 cable.
I have unicast set in QLC+ and have tested all i know, but i cant get the leds to go fast or have a nice flow. I guess its at 1-2 fps at the moment.

Any ideas whats wrong, i have also tryed a diffrent usb2ethernet dongel with the same resault.

Hi, to understand if this is a software or hardware issue, can you try with a different ArtNet controller like Jinx?

I have not tested that, but if I don’t remember wrong I think I hade the same issue with DMX-King test option.
So it could well be an hardware issue. I’m not blaming QLC+ I was just curious if any of you girls/guys hade some similar issue and might know what’s causing it to be sluggish.
Love the QLC+ software and use it for all my other DMX based fixtures.

Do you know that WS2812B intrinsic is slow by design?
Shortening the length of the strings will allow for a higher frame rate.
But 2-3 fps seems very slow to me...
