Insert lights / flashes in sequence in Show

Hello to all the friends of the forum,

with Qlc + 4.12.4, I need to insert a Show, a piece of about 1 minute where 7 lights must be switched on in sequence for a duration of 150ms each.
Can you advise me which is the best way to do it?
