5.0.0 beta 1: Trivial: Open Fixture Definition does not show wait cursor

Report an issue that you found while using QLC+ 5.x.
Please provide as many details as you can, a sample workspace if available and don't forget to read the forum posting guidelines first !

Windows 10 2104.

To reproduce:
* Start QLC+5
* Click Add Fixture icon (lamp on left bar)
* Click Create a new fixture definition (green +)
* Click Open definition tab.

Expected behaviour: Either definition window opens very quickly or there is an interface indication that I should wait.
Observed behaviour: Several seconds to gather and open the file dialog, with no indication that I should wait.

This is a minor one compared to many others! Thank you for all your work on QLC+.

I don't think I can do anything for this.
Do you have network shared drives that are causing this?
