maybe a clue for Massimo:
when I modify a palette in the 'palette tab' then the palette is saved but I believe it doesn't retain any information,
everytime I double click a palette it shows no html code and they're all black.
I'm attaching a file.
+
when modify a palette in the palette tab, I can see only the rgb colors (eg. not the white, see the file)
how should palettes be used with scenes? should I disable the chanels controlled by the palettes?
I don't find a way to use them.
thanks

Hi again,
these palettes are a game changer! I've built this afternoon, arch linux gnome, I haven't tried yet the position palettes.
Now rgb channels work but not the rest:
I upload a test file with rgbw and rgbwa fixtures, on my system the white or amber is not recorded in the palette,
same when you want to modify the palette: I can see only rgb channels.
(as an extra: the palette get updated only if I use the arrows, not if I type directly the numbers)
Maybe is it by design for simplicity?
I've noticed that the palettes apply to different fixtures as well, I like it.
(on consoles usually one choose if he wants to "expand" the palettes to other fixtures but often only on the same type)
Similar situation for intensities:
they work for rgb channels but not for other colors or simple dimmers.
When I record a palette if I choose to record a scene too, only the palettes with rgb channels are recorded correctly, if I use other colors or dimmers the created scenes are without fixtures.
