Controll a submaster with a loopback

Hej Foks!
Long time passive reader but now its the time for me to seek your awseome help.

My Goal is to operate a submaster with the help of a sequence in a loopback universe.

Mysetup:

Uni 4 loopback in
Uni 5 loopback out, has 1 generic dimmer.

(Uni 1-3 have midi inputs)

On my Virtual controll i have setup an LED Bar with different scenes and because it has no master dimmer in 24 Channel Mode i need to use a submaster. So far so easy but i want to automate the submaster for different effects.

But there seems to be one thing i dont quite get about loopbacks.

The fader is set to follow an external signal, Uni 4 Ch. 1. And it works somehow. When i manually adjust Uni5 Ch1 the submaster follows. But when i trigger a szene in Uni 5 which sets Uni5 Ch1 dimmer to a value x hell breaks loose! Sometimes the fader goes all the way up and fades to 0. Sometimes it jutters ub and down like crazy and after that the button wont do anything at all.

The DMX debugger shows a constant vaulue o 0, no matter what scene I trigger but i can force chance the vale through the simplyfied workspace.

Does anyone know what i am doing wrong?

Is it even possible to controll the submaster with a sequence?

Thank you very very much in advance :))

I was going to suggest exactly the same thing -> loopback in & out on the same universe would work flawlessly.
And no, we are not going to delete the topic because it can help others. And since it is solved by yourself, this is even better.
Have fun and EnJoY the powerful tool a submaster can be.
