Q Light Controller+

Hello, I post my message here, I can not find the ideal place to expose the problem I am having, in addition the forum is in English, being French it is complicated. I have 4 BEam 1r lyres, I am a beginner in DMX. When I control my lyres with my dmx controller no problem. As soon as I put on qlc + via a DMX interface, one of my moving heads goes into error, and the gobos and the colors are the main errors that it displays. I sent a message to evolite, to expose my problem, they told me that it did not come from the lyre. I don't know what to do, is it because of some parameter? I have checked the canes well and the problem does not come from there. My 3 lyres react well to the software.

I think we need more details to provide you with some help.
Most important in this case are:
- which fixture definitions are you using? (custom or factory?)
- which DMX adapter are you using?
- which QLC+ version and operating system?

Have you tried to control individual channels from the Simple Desk panel?
