Synchronization problems in show mode

Hello !
I have a big problem in show mode. Music and light are not synchronized every time I start show mode. Sometimes it works, sometimes it’s a few ms...on the same shox without any modification !
If you have the solution, it’s urgent I prepare a show!

The show portion of QLC+ is not a timecode solution... unfortunately timing will be a tad off every time you start it.
This can be observed mainly on the Windows platform.
If you embed your audio inside a video format (black screen is oke), it was reported that the show sync problems were better...
If timing is crucial, I'm afraid you will have to stick to a long chaser, where timing can be right to the ms. (A lot of work dough!)

Thanks for your answer. What do you mean by a long chaser ? is it a alternative to show mod ? can you give some information or link to undestand ?

a long chaser... all needed steps for your show are put inside a chaser.
The show mode is actually a collection of steps if you like, so each step can also be a step inside a chaser.

even the music inside ?
An oather question, do you think bluetooth connexion can be introduce some dysynchronization ?

Music starts in parrallel to the chaser (use a collection for that)
Bluetooth does have latency... depending one the interface between 5..40ms (never actually measured it)

one solution works perfectly, it is to put a video file in place of the sound file, but not in MP4 but MPG!! no more synchronization problems, up to ms!
Finally!!! It’s great (even if it’s a bug!)
