sorry friends
but i have another problem:
i have 2 moving head on the xy pad when use the number 1 the pan and tilt it's ok
when i use the moving head 2 the tilt it's ok but the pan moves only the channel PAN FINE and not the pan fine and pan

help

Do they both have the same fixture definition?
If not there is a problem in the definition (both PAN channels are set to fine)

Can you verify with the DMX monitor what is going on?
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

They are two different fixtures :
one in adress 400 and the other in 420

and on the monitor I only see that the tray moves pan fine but not the pan

Most likely the fixture defintion is wrong. You have set pan fine twice.
