Q Light Controller+

I have a question about cue lists and using a midi fader to select the steps in a the cue list. I want to slide the fader up and down line item selecting. I have this working now however it only works when the cue list is active. It will not let me scroll up and down when not active. Which defeats the purpose of what I am trying to do.

Is there any ability to select a step in the cue list without it active with the a midi slider some other way?
