another question:
in the cue list properties I've set the side fader behavior to "none" but nevertheless when I move the fader the cue list goes to the next step,
is it a bug or there is a particular scope for it?

this is very strange because choosing "None" should make the side fader disappear completely in the cuelist widget.

Again, try if it behaves better for you in another DE.

To be more clear about this last topic,
if I set the side fader to "none" the Cue List's fader disappears, it's the real fader connected to the Cue List that still triggers the steps in the list
and it does it "observing" the fade times: if I move it slower it's a sort of manual fade / if I move it faster it's an auto-timed fade.

Oh I admit I haven't tested with a MIDI controller...

Without having tried, I think that this mix of manual crossfading and programmed time could be really useful at occasions.

But my gut feeling is that this current behaviour is unintended, and if set to "none" it should indeed be completely disabled. This "hybrid" mode probably could become an option in properties, what do you think?

I think that setting the cue list's fader to none should disable the real fader too, one person not aware of it could make a mistake later during the show and personally I like the cue list simple and clear.

Yes i agree, none shoud switch it off. I just was thinking that the idea of using the side fader to speed up crossfade time of a cue started by go button, could be useful sometimes...
