I want to use the QLC+ software in a commercial project, however i found some conflicting information regarding it's licensing, which is why I'm reaching out here to try and get confirmation regarding it's commercial use.

Have a look at the Open Fixture Library! It's a project to collect fixture definitions in a unified format and make them downloadable for different lighting programs, including QLC+ 4 and QLC+ 5.
